A commercial meat grinder built to process 450 kg of meat per hour without interruption. The unit forces meat through a rotating screw that compresses and pushes it against a cutting plate and knife, breaking down whole cuts into minced product ready for sausages, burgers or further processing. This continuous feed system keeps output steady and eliminates the need to stop and reload small batches.
The operator loads the hopper with chilled or frozen meat, selects forward or reverse rotation, and starts the motor. A powerful ventilated motor drives the screw at 120 rpm, while the self-sharpening plate and stainless steel knife slice the meat cleanly. The reverse switch clears blockages without dismantling, and the contactor and fuses protect the motor from overload. The entire grinding group is external and can be removed in one piece for cleaning or inspection.
Construction is AISI 304 stainless steel throughout the hopper, lid and grinding assembly. The self-sharpening plate and knife maintain a consistent cut without manual honing. A 2.2 kW motor provides the torque needed for dense or frozen meat, and the unit can be wired for either 400 V three-phase or 230 V single-phase supply, matching the circuits found in most professional kitchens and butcher shops.
The 350 mm width, 640 mm depth and 430 mm height create a compact footprint that fits on a standard worktop or mobile stand. At 40 kg, the grinder can be moved by two people or lifted with a trolley. The 450 kg/h capacity allows a small team to prepare large batches of minced meat in a single shift, while the 120 rpm speed balances throughput with motor life.
Cleaning is organised around the removable grinding group and the smooth stainless steel surfaces. The hopper and lid lift off for washing, and the grinding components can be soaked separately. The self-sharpening plate reduces the need for frequent blade maintenance, and the ventilated motor stays cool during extended use.
The SAVIOLI 32CT is classified as a meat grinder for butcher shops, pig farms and meat-processing plants.
