Used to cut frozen meat/fish and bones. The strong carrying structure is in aluminium fusion, complete with a 4 legs stand with non-scratch epossidic powder painting. Easy to clean and safe to use. Professional use. Suitable for meat and fish industry.
A bandsaw slices dense meat, bone and frozen blocks by driving a continuous steel blade in a single direction around two pulleys. The lower pulley is motorised and spins at a steady speed, pulling the blade past the work surface where the operator guides the product. Because the blade moves in one plane only, the cut stays straight and the operator can concentrate on feeding the material without fighting sideways drift. The method gives clean, repeatable portions and minimises waste compared with reciprocating saws or hand knives.
To use the 320T, the operator unlocks the door, checks the blade tension and guide, then closes the door to engage the microswitch. The motor starts, the blade accelerates to full speed, and the polished aluminium pusher is used to advance the meat across the stainless-steel work surface. The portioning device, also in stainless steel, sets the thickness of each slice. When the cut is complete, the operator stops the motor, opens the door, and removes the portions. The sawdust drawer beneath the stand collects bone dust and trimmings for easy disposal.
The frame is painted steel sheet on a four-legged stand that raises the work surface to a comfortable height. The work surface and portioning device are stainless steel AISI 304 for hygiene and corrosion resistance. Blade guides and protection are adjustable and made of stainless steel. A low-voltage 24 V electrical panel controls the motor and safety circuits, reducing the risk of shock in wet conditions.
The 2.2 kW motor draws its power from a 400 V three-phase supply, the standard circuit for heavy-duty catering equipment. The 110 kg weight keeps the machine stable during operation and requires two people or a trolley for moving. The footprint of 730 × 700 mm fits into a butchery worktop layout without crowding adjacent stations.
Cleaning follows the parts named: the stainless-steel work surface and portioning device are wiped down after each shift; the blade guide and protection are removed and sanitised; the sawdust drawer is emptied and washed; the painted body and stand are cleaned with a damp cloth. The blade itself is inspected for tension and sharpness and replaced when necessary.
The 320T is a single model with no variants. It is catalogued under butchery equipment, meat preparation.
