Indispensable to homogenize, mince, cut and mix many foodstuffs and vegetables.
Suitable for hotels/restaurants’ kitchens, supermarkets and refectories.
A cutter blends, chops and emulsifies ingredients by spinning a sharp blade at high speed inside a sealed tank. The motor drives the blade through a direct shaft, transferring power without gears or belts that could slip or wear. Heat from the motor stays away from the tank, keeping the product cool and preventing texture changes during processing.
To operate the CT4, the operator lifts the lid, loads the tank with the ingredients, and closes the lid to engage the safety microswitch. The speed control is set between 1500 and 2800 rpm, depending on whether the task is gentle mixing or rapid chopping. The machine runs until the desired consistency is reached, then the lid is opened and the product removed with the included spatula.
The CT4 is built with a stainless steel structure that resists corrosion and stands up to daily cleaning. The tank and motor sit side by side, separated by an insulating gap that protects the product from heat build-up. A smooth blade is supplied for general cutting, mincing and homogenising; optional blades for toothed, perforated, dough and pesto tasks are available separately.
The 0.35 kW motor draws a modest load from a standard 230 V single-phase circuit, fitting into the electrical supply of most professional kitchens. The 4 L tank volume suits small to medium batches, while the 10 kg weight allows the unit to be moved by one person when needed. The footprint of 380 x 320 mm fits on a worktop or shelf without crowding other equipment.
Cleaning is straightforward: the tank lifts off for washing, the blade is removed and cleaned separately, and the included spatula and sharpening plate keep the blade in good condition. The safety microswitch prevents the motor from running when the lid is open, reducing the risk of injury during use.
The CT4 is listed in the catalogue under cutters and food processors for professional kitchens.
