Used to prepare hamburgers
Suitable for butcheries, hotels / restaurants’ kitchens.
A manual hamburger press shapes ground meat into even, round patties without compressing the fibres. The operator places a measured portion of meat into the bowl, lowers the press cylinder, and applies steady pressure. The cylinder's diameter sets the patty size, while the bowl's depth controls thickness. Because the press does not twist or tear, the meat retains its texture and cooks evenly across the surface. The result is a consistent product that grills or fries without shrinking or warping, saving time and reducing waste in a busy kitchen.
To use the SAVIOLI D-100 mm press, the operator lifts the handle, places the meat portion into the anodised aluminium bowl, and lowers the cylinder until it meets the meat. Gentle downward pressure forms the patty; the stainless steel ejector then lifts it cleanly from the bowl. The press is ready for the next portion without scraping or reshaping.
The body and bowl are made of anodised aluminium, chosen for its light weight and resistance to corrosion. The ejector is stainless steel, ensuring it slides smoothly and does not react with acidic marinades or raw meat. The press stands on a stable base that prevents tipping during use.
The 100 mm cylinder diameter produces patties that fit standard burger buns and cook through at the same rate. The 4.5 kg weight allows the press to be moved between worktops or stored in a cupboard without strain. Its 255 mm by 270 mm footprint fits on most prep surfaces, leaving room for ingredients and utensils alongside.
Cleaning is straightforward: the bowl and ejector lift out for washing in warm water with mild detergent. The anodised aluminium surface resists staining and does not require seasoning. After drying, the parts reassemble quickly for the next service.
