Used to fill sausages and cold meats.
Suitable for butcheries and meat industry.
A sausage stuffer forces seasoned minced meat through a narrow funnel, shaping it into a continuous casing. The vertical stainless-steel cylinder holds the mix under steady pressure from a piston driven by a hand crank or motor. As the piston descends, the meat is extruded through the chosen funnel, producing a uniform strand that fills natural or synthetic casings without air pockets or breaks.
The operator loads the cylinder with the prepared meat, selects one of the three included polyethylene funnels—10 mm, 18 mm or 25 mm diameter—then attaches the funnel to the outlet. The two-speed gearing lets the user choose a slower, more controlled push for delicate mixtures or a faster stroke for bulk production. Once the casing is secured over the funnel, the crank is turned steadily until the cylinder is empty.
Construction is a stainless-steel cylinder and side panels, giving a smooth, corrosion-resistant interior that is easy to clean and sanitise. The 14 litre capacity allows a single batch to fill multiple casings without refilling, while the 35 kg weight keeps the unit stable on a worktop during operation. Overall dimensions of 240 mm depth, 840 mm width and 280 mm height fit within a standard work surface, leaving room for the operator to handle casings and trimmings.
Cleaning follows directly from the materials: the stainless-steel cylinder and polyethylene funnels are removed, washed in warm water with food-safe detergent, rinsed and left to air-dry. No internal seams or crevices trap residue, so upkeep is limited to wiping the exterior and lubricating the gear mechanism periodically.
