The electric heating system heats the air required for drying without the need for an external gas or steam supply. The energy efficiency of the GOLD series is further enhanced by the AIR RECYCLE air recirculation system, which redirects part of the heated air back into the drying process. This reduces heat loss and the amount of energy required to heat fresh air.

The CARE DRY intelligent humidity control system monitors the residual moisture in the laundry and helps complete the drying cycle once the set moisture level has been reached. The system works together with drum inlet temperature control, helping to prevent unnecessarily long drying cycles, reduce energy consumption and provide gentler treatment of textiles.

The OPTIMAL FLOW optimized airflow system and DOUBLE FLOW axial and radial air circulation ensure efficient distribution of hot air inside the drum. Thermally insulated panels and double-glazed doors help retain heat inside the machine and reduce heat loss to the surrounding environment.

The stainless steel drum features SOFT DRY stamped holes designed for gentler treatment of textiles during drying. The reversing drum regularly changes its direction of rotation, helping to distribute the laundry more evenly inside the drum and improve drying results. The COOL DOWN function gradually reduces the laundry temperature at the end of the cycle and helps reduce creasing.

Control is provided by the EASY TOUCH 2 microprocessor with a fully programmable 7-inch touchscreen. The control system allows drying programmes to be created and adapted for different types of textiles and operating requirements. USB connectivity enables programme, telemetry and other data management, while instructions and other informative content can also be displayed on the screen.

DANUBE Online IoT connectivity is included as standard and enables remote monitoring of machine operation, error notifications, telemetry and operating statistics. The system facilitates machine management, maintenance, diagnostics, data analysis and software updates.

The machine is equipped with an integrated SPRINKLER fire protection system, increasing safety during professional operation. The large lint filter helps maintain efficient airflow, while the filter drawer design provides easy access for regular cleaning and maintenance.
