Rich in taste and intensely aromatic, Amaretto 1883 syrup has a caramel brown colour, inspired by its reference, Amaretto liqueur.
Amaretto 1883 syrup is alcohol-free and made from carefully selected ingredients, including natural cane sugar.
Amaretto syrup brings the deep, smooth flavour of Italian amaretto to a liquid form that dissolves instantly in both hot and cold liquids. The syrup is made by infusing natural cane sugar with almond and vanilla extracts, then gently heating the mixture to bind the flavours without caramelising the sugar. This process preserves the delicate balance of sweetness and nuttiness, allowing the syrup to blend seamlessly into beverages and recipes without altering their texture or appearance.
To use, measure the desired amount of syrup into a cup, glass or mixing bowl. For hot drinks, the syrup dissolves as soon as it is stirred; for cold drinks, a quick stir ensures even distribution. In baking and desserts, the syrup can be folded into batters, drizzled over finished dishes or used as a glaze. The 1 litre bottle is fitted with a pourer that controls the flow, reducing waste and spillage during service.
The syrup is supplied in a clear 1 litre plastic bottle. The bottle is lightweight and shatter-resistant, making it practical for busy bars, cafés and kitchens. A tamper-evident seal ensures the product arrives intact and uncontaminated.
The 1 litre volume provides enough syrup for dozens of servings, allowing consistent flavour across multiple drinks or dishes. The bottle fits standard under-counter refrigerators and cupboard shelves, taking minimal space in a professional kitchen or bar setup.
Cleaning is straightforward: wipe the exterior of the bottle with a damp cloth, and rinse the pourer under warm water after each shift to prevent syrup build-up. The bottle itself is not designed for reuse once empty.
This syrup is a single variant in the 1883 range, crafted in France from natural ingredients and designed for professional use in cafés, restaurants and bars.
