ILVE Majestic 90 cm Dual Fuel Range Cooker M09IDNE3

The ILVE Majestic 90 cm M09IDNE3 is a freestanding range cooker from the MAJESTIC Series.

This appliance combines gas and induction cooking with a 76 cm electronic oven. The gas hob features four burners, including dual elements with a power output up to 5 kW. These burners are fitted with Total Black brass caps treated with a non-stick nanotechnological coating, and are supported by cast iron grids.

The oven is electronically controlled, allowing for precise temperature management within an operating range of 30-320 degrees Celsius. It offers 15 distinct functions and includes a cooking probe for accurate internal food temperature monitoring. A steam exhaust system is also incorporated. The oven door is designed with cold triple glazing for safety and features a soft-closing mechanism, as does the storage drawer below.

Operation of the two ovens is managed via a full touch display, providing single-point control. The oven is rated with an energy class of A.

Dimensions are 911 mm in length, 725 mm in width, and 920 mm in height.

This model is available in a standard finish. A Copper/Burnished finish and customisation with any RAL Classic colour can be specified at an additional cost.

Cleaning of the cast iron grids can be done after they have cooled. The oven interior and exterior surfaces should be cleaned according to standard catering equipment procedures.
