ILVE Majestic AM120 Cooker Hood for Professional Kitchens

The ILVE Majestic AM120 cooker hood removes steam, smoke, and grease from the kitchen using a high-performance fan. Air passes through anodised aluminium filters that capture grease, then exits via ducting in extraction mode or circulates back after optional carbon filtration in recirculation mode. This maintains a clear workspace and minimises odours without relying on open windows or doors.

Four fan speeds allow precise control over airflow. The lowest setting provides gentle ventilation for light cooking, while the highest delivers strong extraction for intense heat. A delayed switch-off function continues running the fan after cooking finishes to clear lingering fumes. Two infrared lights beneath the hood keep plated food warm, and front LED lights brighten the hob area.

Installation involves positioning the hood above the cooking surface. A 15 cm outlet at the top connects to ducting for extraction. The control panel offers four speed settings, and an indicator light signals when the anodised aluminium filters require cleaning. An optional remote control enables operation from a distance.

Constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, the hood resists corrosion and simplifies cleaning. Anodised aluminium filters withstand heat and grease accumulation, while the 40 cm chimney width fits standard ducting. The unit is available in extraction or filtering versions to suit kitchens with or without external venting.

The 705 W motor operates efficiently on a standard circuit, making it suitable for most professional kitchens. Measuring 1216 mm wide, it covers large hobs or multiple burners, while its 600 mm depth and 400 mm height ensure a compact profile for worktop-level mounting. With a maximum airflow of 890 m³/h, it rapidly clears heavy cooking fumes, and its energy class A rating confirms efficient performance.

Maintenance includes wiping the stainless steel exterior with a damp cloth and degreaser. The anodised aluminium filters can be removed and cleaned in hot water with detergent or placed in a dishwasher. An indicator light reminds staff when filter maintenance is needed. Optional accessories include a stainless steel back panel, chimney extension, remote control, replacement filters, and an under-hood grille.

Designed for wall-mounted installation above hobs or ranges, the hood accommodates various kitchen layouts. Chimney extensions adjust the height as needed, and the choice between extraction or filtering versions is made during installation to match the kitchen's ventilation system.
