This dual-fuel range cooker merges gas hobs for responsive flame control with electric ovens for consistent heat. The gas burners light instantly, offering precise temperature changes for tasks like searing or simmering. With twin ovens, one can maintain a dish at serving temperature while the other cooks, expanding capacity without sacrificing performance.

The Majestic M30N features knobs to select and ignite the gas burners, adjusting the flame from low to high. The burners are topped with black brass caps treated to resist sticking. For oven use, a touch display manages both ovens, allowing temperature, function, and timer settings. A cooking probe tracks food temperature, signalling when the desired level is reached. The soft-close door and drawer shut smoothly, and the triple-glazed door stays cool to the touch during extended cooking.

Built from stainless steel, the cooker includes cast iron hob grates for durability and heat retention. The gas burners deliver up to 5 kW of power, suitable for rapid boiling or high-heat cooking. Each oven provides 15 functions, such as fan-assisted roasting, grilling, and defrosting, operating between 30 °C and 320 °C. The dimensions of 760 mm wide, 740 mm deep, and 970 mm high ensure a standard fit in most kitchens, with comfortable access to the ovens.

The touch interface streamlines operation, controlling both ovens from one panel. The cooking probe ensures dishes like poultry or custards reach the correct internal temperature. A steam exhaust system reduces moisture and odours, minimising condensation. The soft-close feature protects the doors and drawer, prolonging their lifespan.

Maintenance involves wiping the burner caps with a damp cloth to remove grease. The cast iron grates can be removed for cleaning, while the stainless steel surfaces resist marks. The ovens support self-cleaning or manual cleaning, depending on the function. The triple-glazed door can be cleaned with glass cleaner during or after use.

The Majestic M30N comes in stainless steel or optional finishes: Copper/Burnished with an 8% price increase or a custom RAL Classic colour for an additional cost. It belongs to ILVE's Majestic series, tailored for high-capacity, multi-function cooking in professional or semi-professional settings.
