A 90 cm range cooker that combines a six-zone induction hob with an 80 cm electronic oven in a single stainless-steel unit. The induction hob heats pans directly through an electromagnetic field beneath the ceramic surface, so only the pan and its contents become hot. This method gives instant control over power, rapid temperature changes and no wasted heat on the hob itself.
The oven is a fan-assisted convection type. A heating element warms the air inside the cavity, and a fan circulates it continuously. This even distribution of heat cooks food faster and more uniformly than static heat, allowing multiple trays to be used at once without flavour transfer. The electronic control panel lets the operator set the temperature between 30 and 320 °C, programme cooking times and select from pre-set functions such as defrosting, baking or grilling.
To use the hob, place a compatible pan on the marked zone, select the zone on the touch controls and adjust the power level. The oven is operated by setting the desired temperature and function, then loading the food on the supplied wire shelves. A clear TFT display shows the current settings and remaining time, so the operator can monitor progress without opening the door.
The exterior is stainless steel, chosen for its resistance to heat, moisture and cleaning chemicals. The oven interior is also stainless steel, with a removable door and side runners for easy access. The hob surface is a single sheet of ceramic glass that wipes clean after each service.
The 910 mm width and 650 mm depth fit a standard worktop cut-out, while the 860 mm height allows the oven door to open fully without hitting an overhead cupboard. The A+ energy rating indicates efficient use of electricity, reducing running costs in a busy kitchen.
Cleaning involves wiping the hob with a damp cloth after each use, removing oven shelves and washing them separately, and using a non-abrasive cleaner on the stainless-steel surfaces. The oven's self-cleaning function, if used, requires only a wipe-down afterwards to remove any residue.
