ILVE Nostalgie OV601NT3 Built-In Retro-Style Oven

This built-in electric oven from ILVE's Nostalgie collection blends contemporary functionality with a classic look, designed to fit a standard 600 mm housing. Heating elements positioned at the top and bottom generate radiant heat, while a fan circulates warm air throughout the cavity. This approach delivers uniform cooking across several racks, enabling simultaneous baking, roasting, or grilling without mixing flavours.

Users choose a cooking mode on the 4.3-inch TFT touchscreen, adjust the temperature up to 320 °C, and place food inside. The display signals when the oven has reached the set temperature, allowing the timer to be started and progress observed through the glass door. Once cooking is complete, the oven turns off automatically and cools down, though residual heat remains useful for gentle warming or finishing dishes.

The interior is made of stainless steel and provides a 65 litre volume. Six exterior colour options ensure the oven can complement existing kitchen designs. A 2.45 kW element operates on a standard domestic circuit, simplifying installation in most settings.

Maintenance is straightforward: the stainless-steel cavity can be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild detergent, while the wire shelves and side runners detach for deeper cleaning. The touchscreen stays responsive when kept free of grease and moisture.
