A range stove that unites traditional gas burners with modern induction zones on a single worktop, the ILVE Nostalgie P09INE3 lets a professional kitchen switch instantly between open-flame searing and precise induction control. The four gas burners deliver direct heat that responds the moment the tap is turned, while the two induction zones heat only the pan and its contents, keeping the hob cool around it and cutting energy waste. Beneath the hob, an 80 cm electric oven circulates hot air evenly across every shelf, so dishes bake or roast at the same rate front to back and side to side. To operate, the chef selects a burner or induction zone and sets the required power level. For gas, the knob opens the tap and the flame ignites automatically; for induction, the control panel recognises a compatible pan and activates the zone. The oven is programmed via an electronic interface: temperature is dialled between 30 °C and 320 °C, and the timer is set for the duration of the cook. Once running, the oven maintains the chosen temperature without fluctuation, allowing consistent results across multiple batches. The stove is built as a single unit in stainless steel, with a worktop that spans 900 mm and a depth of 600 mm. The front panel and control knobs are finished in copper or one of the RAL Classic colours, chosen at order. Inside the oven, shelves slide on runners that support full trays without sagging, and the door seals tightly to keep heat in and energy use down. Controls include rotary knobs for the gas burners, touch-sensitive buttons for the induction zones, and an electronic display for the oven. Each induction zone has its own power setting, and the oven offers separate temperature and timer adjustments so the chef can programme a cook cycle and walk away. The 900 mm width fits standard range cut-outs in British kitchens, while the 600 mm depth leaves room for wall cupboards above and tiled splashbacks behind. The 860 mm height matches most worktop levels when installed on a plinth. The oven's 30-320 °C range covers everything from gentle defrosting to high-temperature roasting, and the A+ energy rating reflects the efficiency of the fan-assisted heating system. The enamelled oven cavity and seamless induction zones let grease and spills wipe away before they can bake on during the next roast. The stainless-steel surfaces wipe clean with a damp cloth, and the induction zones need only a quick pass once the pan is removed. The oven interior is lined with enamel that resists baked-on grease, and the shelves lift out for soaking or scrubbing. The door seal should be checked regularly to ensure it remains free of food debris and closes tightly. Two finish options are available: copper with a burnished patina, or any RAL Classic colour to match existing kitchen decor.
