ILVE Nostalgie P12FINE3 120 cm Range Cooker

The ILVE Nostalgie P12FINE3 is a 120 cm wide range cooker designed for professional kitchens. This appliance combines multiple cooking methods into a single unit.

The cooking surface features 6 gas burners, a fry top for searing and grilling, and 2 induction zones for rapid, controlled heating. The gas burners operate by igniting a gas-air mixture, providing direct heat to cookware. The fry top, a flat metal surface, is heated from below, allowing food to be cooked directly on it. Induction zones generate heat by creating a magnetic field that directly heats compatible cookware, offering precise temperature control.

This range cooker is equipped with two ovens. The primary oven is an 80 cm electronic model, OV 80 E3, offering an operating temperature range of 30-320 °C. A secondary 30 cm electronic oven, OV 30 E3, also operates within the 30-320 °C range. Both ovens have an energy class of A+.

The unit measures 1200 mm in length, 600 mm in width, and stands 860 mm high. The Nostalgie P12FINE3 is part of ILVE's NOSTALGIE series.

This model is available with a Copper/Burnished finish or in a range of RAL Classic colours, each at an additional cost.
