An induction hob heats pans directly through an electromagnetic field, so the surface stays cool while the pan reaches temperature almost instantly. This method eliminates open flames, reduces wasted heat and gives precise control over each cooking zone. The twin ovens beneath circulate hot air with internal fans, spreading heat evenly across every shelf and cutting cooking times without rotating trays.
The 90 cm worktop holds the induction zones on one side and the two ovens side by side on the other. The larger 60 cm oven handles roasts, sheet pans and stacked gastronorm trays; the smaller 30 cm oven is sized for single dishes, side plates or finishing delicate items at the same temperature range. Both ovens share the same 30-320 °C span, so they can run identical programmes or different ones at once.
To use the stove, the operator places pans on the induction zones, selects the power level for each, and sets the timer. The ovens are loaded with food, the desired temperature is dialled in, and the fan-assisted convection mode is chosen. Once cooking is underway, the digital displays show remaining time and current temperature. After use, the induction surface can be wiped clean immediately; the ovens cool quickly and their interiors are lined with smooth enamel for easy wiping.
The frame is constructed from stainless steel, giving a rigid base for the induction zones and the twin oven cavities. The front panel is finished in one of five standardised colours, allowing the unit to match existing kitchen schemes. Controls are electronic touch pads with LED indicators, each pad corresponding to a specific oven or induction zone. The 900 mm width fits standard worktop runs, while the 600 mm depth leaves room for rear connections without protruding into the aisle.
A 90 cm footprint suits larger professional kitchens where multiple dishes are prepared simultaneously. The twin ovens allow separate cooking processes to run at once, and the induction hob provides instant response for sautéing, boiling or simmering. The 860 mm height places the oven shelves at comfortable reach for most operators, reducing bending and lifting.
Cleaning involves wiping the induction surface after each service, emptying oven shelves and wiping the enamel interiors, and occasionally removing the oven racks to wash them in the sink. The stainless-steel exterior can be cleaned with standard kitchen detergents.
The stove is available in five colours: white, black, stainless steel, red and blue. Each colour is a factory-fitted option and cannot be changed after delivery.
