A 120 cm professional cooker that combines gas burners, a smooth fry top and induction zones on a single worktop. The fry top heats a flat steel plate evenly, letting chefs sear, sauté and hold food across its surface without hot spots. Induction zones transfer energy directly to magnetic pans, so they heat up quickly and cool down as soon as the pan is lifted, giving precise control over delicate sauces or rapid boiling.
Below the hob, twin electric ovens circulate hot air with internal fans. The larger 80 cm oven spreads heat uniformly for roasting and baking; the smaller 30 cm oven concentrates it for focused tasks like finishing pastries or holding pre-cooked dishes at serving temperature. Both ovens share the same 30–320 °C range, so they can run the same programmes side by side or handle different stages of a service simultaneously.
The sequence starts on the hob: light the burners, switch on the induction zones or spread oil across the fry top. Once the ovens reach temperature, trays slide onto wire racks that adjust in height. After cooking, the induction zones switch off instantly, the fry top wipes clean and the ovens cool down ready for the next load.
The frame is stainless steel, the hob surface is a single sheet of pressed steel and the fry top is machined cast iron. Oven interiors are stainless steel with enamel-coated side walls for easy cleaning. Each oven door has a double-glazed panel to keep the kitchen cooler.
Controls are grouped on a single panel at the front. Rotary knobs set the burners, induction power levels and oven temperatures; digital displays show the current temperature in each oven and count down the remaining time. A single switch turns the whole appliance on or off.
The 1200 mm width fits a standard professional worktop, while the 600 mm depth leaves room for extraction above. The 860 mm height matches most under-counter cupboards, so the cooker can be installed flush with existing units. The weight keeps the unit stable during heavy use but still allows two people to move it into position.
Oven interiors are wiped down after each service; the enamel coating prevents food from sticking. The fry top is scraped while still warm and then wiped with a cloth. Burners are removed for cleaning and the induction zones are kept free of metal debris to maintain efficiency.
Available in copper or burnished finish, plus any RAL Classic colour for an additional charge.
