A 120 cm professional cooker that combines seven gas burners on the hob with twin electric ovens beneath—one 80 cm and one 30 cm—each independently controlled for simultaneous roasting, baking or holding at different temperatures.
Electric ovens of this type heat the cavity with concealed elements around the walls. A fan circulates the air, distributing the heat evenly and eliminating cold spots. This forced convection shortens cooking times and allows multiple trays to be loaded without flavour transfer. The temperature range from 30 °C to 320 °C covers everything from gentle proofing and low-temperature sous-vide to high-heat roasting and browning.
The operator selects the oven, sets the desired temperature and cooking programme, then loads the food on wire racks or trays. The electronic control panel displays the remaining time and current temperature, so the process can be monitored without opening the door. When the cycle ends, the oven switches to a keep-warm setting until the food is removed.
The cooker is built on a stainless-steel chassis 1200 mm wide, 600 mm deep and 860 mm high. The hob surface is stainless steel with seven gas burners arranged for flexible pan placement. The twin ovens sit side by side below, each with its own drop-down door and interior light.
Controls include separate electronic panels for each oven, each with a digital display, temperature selector, timer and programme buttons. The hob burners are lit and adjusted with individual knobs on the front fascia.
A 1200 mm width means the cooker occupies a full metre of worktop space, so it is typically installed between base units or at the end of a run. The 600 mm depth keeps the appliance within standard worktop projections, while the 860 mm height matches most under-counter storage and allows the ovens to be loaded at a comfortable working level.
The stainless-steel surfaces are wiped down after each service. The oven interiors are cleaned with non-abrasive detergents and soft cloths; the wire racks and trays can be removed for separate washing. The hob burners are lifted off for access to the spill trays beneath.
Available in a copper-burnished finish or any RAL Classic colour, each with an additional charge.
