A 120 cm induction cooker built for professional kitchens, combining a full-width induction hob with two separate electric ovens beneath. The hob heats pans directly through magnetic induction, transferring energy straight to the cookware without heating the surface itself. This method gives instant control over power, quick temperature changes and no wasted heat, making it efficient for high-volume cooking.
The two ovens work on the same convection principle: a fan circulates hot air around the cavity, spreading heat evenly and cutting cooking times. The larger 80 cm oven handles bulk roasting, baking and multi-level cooking, while the smaller 30 cm oven is sized for single dishes, side items or finishing touches. Both ovens share the same 30-320 °C temperature range, covering everything from gentle proofing to high-heat grilling.
To use the cooker, the operator first selects the hob or oven section. On the induction hob, pans are placed on the marked zones and power is set with the touch controls. For the ovens, the desired temperature is dialled in, the timer is programmed and the fan setting is chosen. Once the oven reaches temperature, the dish is loaded on the wire racks and the door is closed. The fan maintains even heat throughout the cycle, and the timer signals when the programme ends.
The unit is constructed in stainless steel with a 1200 mm width, 600 mm depth and 860 mm height. The front panel houses separate controls for the hob and each oven, including digital displays for temperature and time. The induction hob requires pans made of ferrous metal, and the ovens accept standard gastronorm trays and wire shelves.
The 1200 mm width fits standard professional kitchen worktops, while the 600 mm depth allows installation against a wall or between cupboards. The 860 mm height places the oven cavities at a comfortable working level for chefs of average height. The A+ energy rating indicates efficient power use, reducing running costs in a busy kitchen.
Cleaning follows from the construction: the induction hob surface can be wiped down after use, as spills do not burn on. The ovens have smooth interiors and removable racks, allowing access for wiping and scrubbing. The stainless steel exterior resists stains and corrosion, needing only regular wiping with a damp cloth.
The cooker is available in a standard stainless steel finish or with optional copper and burnished RAL Classic colour panels for an additional charge.
