ILVE Professional Plus 900 mm Induction Cooker with Dual Ovens

An induction hob heats pans directly through a magnetic field, leaving the surface cool to the touch once the pan is removed. The field transfers energy only to ferrous metals, so the hob stays safe for spills and splashes while the pan reaches cooking temperature quickly. Below the hob, two separate electric ovens circulate hot air with fans, spreading heat evenly around dishes without cold spots. The larger oven holds full trays of roasts or multiple racks of pastries, while the smaller one keeps side dishes warm or bakes individual portions without wasting energy on empty space.

The operator sets the hob power level for each zone and places a compatible pan on it. The oven controls let the user choose temperature, cooking mode and timer for each cavity independently. Both ovens reach from gentle warming to full baking, allowing simultaneous preparation of dishes that need different heat levels. The cooker's footprint fits a standard 900 mm worktop, leaving room for food preparation on either side.

The cooker is built with a stainless-steel frame and front panel. The ovens have stainless-steel interiors and removable shelves. Controls for the hob and each oven are electronic, with digital displays showing the set values. The temperature range of 30 to 320 °C covers everything from slow proofing of dough to high-temperature roasting.

A 900 mm width means the unit spans a full section of worktop, integrating hob and ovens into a single appliance. The 600 mm depth keeps the cooker within reach of the back wall without overhanging the work surface. The 860 mm height allows the ovens to sit at a comfortable working level, reducing the need to bend when loading or unloading trays.

Cleaning the hob involves wiping the smooth surface after use, as spills do not burn on. The ovens' stainless-steel interiors can be wiped down or removed for deeper cleaning. Shelves and trays are dishwasher-safe. The electronic controls require only a damp cloth to keep the display and buttons free of dust.

The cooker is available in copper or burnished finishes, with an option for custom RAL Classic colours.
