ILVE Range Nostalgie P06NE3 4-Burner Cooker

A four-burner range cooker that combines traditional styling with modern control. The hob surface holds four gas burners, each ignited electronically and adjusted by rotary knobs. Beneath the hob, a 60 cm electric oven circulates heated air to bake, roast or grill evenly across every shelf.

The oven heats by an electric element that warms the air inside the cavity. A fan then moves the hot air continuously, so heat reaches every part of the food at once. This forced convection shortens cooking times and reduces hot spots, allowing multiple trays to be used without rotating them. The temperature can be set anywhere between 30 °C and 320 °C, covering everything from gentle warming to high-temperature roasting.

To use the range, the operator lights the required burners by pressing the ignition button while turning the corresponding knob. The flame is adjusted by the same knob, which also shuts off the gas when turned fully off. For the oven, the desired temperature is set on the electronic control panel, and the oven starts heating immediately. Once the set temperature is reached, an indicator light confirms the oven is ready. The oven door opens downward, and the interior shelves slide out on runners for loading and unloading.

The exterior is finished in copper or a choice of RAL Classic colours, with a stainless-steel frame and control panel. The hob surface is sealed to the body, and the oven door has a heat-resistant glass panel for viewing the contents without opening the door.

Controls include rotary knobs for the burners and an electronic panel for the oven. The oven panel sets the temperature, selects cooking modes such as fan or grill, and may include a timer or delay start function. The burners are controlled individually, allowing different heat levels on each at the same time.

The 600 mm width fits standard kitchen worktops and allows the cooker to be installed between base units. The 850 mm height aligns with most worktops, placing the hob at a comfortable working level. The A+ energy class indicates efficient electricity use for the oven, reducing running costs in a busy kitchen.

Cleaning involves wiping the hob surface after use to remove spills and grease. The oven interior can be cleaned manually with a damp cloth or, if the model includes it, by using a pyrolytic self-cleaning cycle that burns off residue at high temperature. The door glass should be cleaned regularly to maintain visibility, using a non-abrasive cleaner to avoid scratching the surface.
