An ice maker that forms cubes by spraying water onto a copper evaporator, freezing it into clear, crystalline pieces. The evaporator's metal surface conducts heat away from the water droplets, turning them solid without cloudiness or trapped air. This method yields ice that melts slowly and does not dilute drinks, keeping flavours intact through service.
The operator fills the built-in water reservoir, selects the cooling type—air or water—according to the kitchen's plumbing, and starts the machine with the external on/off switch. Each cycle produces a set number of cubes, which drop into the stainless-steel container below. A timer and thermostat regulate the freezing interval and temperature, ensuring consistent cube size and clarity. When the container reaches its 75 kg capacity, the machine pauses production until ice is removed.
