Professional electric range with 4 cast iron hotplates and a static electric oven, designed for use in professional kitchens. The durable AISI 304 stainless steel construction ensures even cooking, long service life and easy daily cleaning.

A professional electric stove built for shipboard kitchens, the LOTUS CFQ4-78ETX combines a four-zone hob with a static or fan-assisted oven in a single unit. Electric elements beneath the cast-iron hotplates heat the cooking surface directly, while the oven circulates hot air—either naturally or with a fan—to roast, bake or grill evenly across every shelf. The same elements provide the heat, but the fan shortens cooking times and reduces temperature differences inside the cavity, making it possible to cook multiple trays at once without rotating them.
To begin, the operator sets each hotplate to one of seven power levels using the chrome-plated knobs on the front panel. A temperature limiter prevents overheating, and the oven thermostat is adjusted separately to any point between 50 °C and 300 °C. Once the oven has reached the set temperature, the GN 2/1 tray or the supplied 65 × 53 cm wire grid is loaded through the drop-down door. The fan, when selected, starts automatically and runs continuously until the oven is switched off. After cooking, the door is opened and the tray or grid is removed with heat-resistant gloves.
The entire construction is made of CrNi 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel, including a 2 mm thick worktop with rounded edges to shed spills and resist corrosion in a salt-laden atmosphere. Chrome-plated components and a Scotch-Brite satin finish reduce glare and fingerprints, while IPX5-rated water-resistant knobs allow safe cleaning with a hose. All serviceable parts—elements, thermostats, fan motor—are accessed by removing the front control panel, eliminating the need to move the 120 kg unit or reach behind it.
A 15.4 kW power rating means the stove requires a dedicated 400 V three-phase circuit with neutral, capable of supplying the full load without voltage drop. The 800 × 705 × 900 mm footprint fits standard marine galley layouts, and the oven cavity measures 670 × 550 × 340 mm, large enough for a full-size GN 2/1 tray. Adjustable feet compensate for uneven decks, and the 120 kg weight ensures stability even in rough seas.
Cleaning is straightforward: the worktop and oven interior are wiped down with a damp cloth and mild detergent, while the cast-iron hotplates are lifted off for deeper cleaning. The chrome-plated knobs and control panel are rinsed with fresh water to remove salt deposits, and the oven door seal is checked regularly for wear. No disassembly beyond the front panel is needed for routine maintenance.
The CFQ4-78ETX is supplied with one 65 × 53 cm wire grid and adjustable feet, and is compatible with GN 2/1 gastronorm trays.
