Professional gas hob with 2 burners, designed for intensive use in professional kitchens. The durable AISI 304 stainless steel construction ensures high durability, safe operation and easy daily maintenance.
A gas cooking top that delivers controlled heat across two high-efficiency burners, letting chefs sear, simmer and sauté simultaneously without cross-contamination. The burners draw natural gas or propane through modular jets, mixing it with air to create a stable, adjustable flame. Piezoelectric ignition generates a spark at the press of a knob, eliminating the need for a standing pilot light and reducing gas consumption when the unit is idle. The safety valve and thermocouple automatically cut the gas supply if the flame extinguishes, preventing unburned gas from accumulating.
To start, the operator selects the desired burner by turning the corresponding IPX5-rated knob. A single press ignites the flame; further rotation adjusts the output from a gentle simmer to a rolling boil. The heavy-duty cast iron pan supports distribute weight evenly and resist warping under repeated heat cycles. A removable drip tray beneath the burners collects spills, preventing grease from reaching the internal gas manifold.
The worktop is formed from 1 mm 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel with a Scotch-Brite satin finish that resists fingerprints and scratches. Rounded edges and a rear splashback protect walls and reduce sharp corners in a busy kitchen. Chrome-plated components add corrosion resistance to frequently handled parts. The front control panel lifts away to expose the gas valves, ignition system and conversion nozzles, allowing quick maintenance without moving the entire unit.
A 17 kW total output powers two burners rated at 7 kW and 10 kW, enabling rapid heat-up for large stockpots or wok cooking. The 800 mm width fits standard worktop cut-outs, while the 39 kg weight ensures stability without permanent fixing. Adjustable feet level the unit on uneven floors and raise it clear of minor spills. Supplied nozzles allow conversion between natural gas and propane, so the same model serves kitchens with different supplies.
Cleaning follows the removable parts: lift out the drip tray, wipe the worktop and splashback with a damp cloth, and brush the pan supports to remove carbon deposits. The control panel can be detached for deeper cleaning of the valve assembly, while the IPX5-rated knobs withstand low-pressure hose rinsing without ingress.
